Stable Foundations is designed for beginners, women returning to fitness, or anyone who wants to build strength with proper form and confidence. This class focuses on foundational movement patterns, joint stability, functional movement, and core strength in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

Stable Strength: PCOS Friendly

Hormone-Informed • Strength-Based • Regulated Training

Stable Strength is intentionally designed for women navigating PCOS or those who benefit from lower-impact, hormone-conscious training. Sessions emphasize controlled tempo, strategic rest, and strength work that supports metabolic health without overtaxing the nervous system.

Stable MetCon

Strength + Conditioning • High Energy • Athletic
45 minutes | Max 5 women

Stable MetCon combines strength training with metabolic conditioning to deliver a challenging, full-body workout. Expect circuits, intervals, and finishers designed to elevate heart rate, build endurance, and improve overall fitness without sacrificing form.
